Q: What makes your site special/different?
A:  As a smaller business, we take the time to make sure our customers are satisfied with every aspect of their experience.  We are more readily available than bigger name stores     to take the time to ensure customer satisfaction.  Every time, 100% guaranteed.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q:  Who do you ship through?
A:  All standard shipping to the contiguous 48 states is done through UPS ground.  For overnight or two-day options, or to set up shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, please send an email to adamhutsell@hotmail.com.  Shipping to Canada and Mexico is not available.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.  However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
